The spa amenities are not great. No jacuzzi. No sauna. Very small lockers and locker area. The relaxation rooms were a complete joke and the snacks provided were very limited.

5. Treatment rooms are nice, especially the tables which are very comfortable. It is also nice how they wrap you into the blankets.

There also is no actual "mud room." Instead, you must apply mud/clay on the general bath and shower area. No real place to apply.
The Willow Stream Spa in Maui at the Fairmont is super! Great range of treatments were available and service exceptional. Treatments were targeted to my needs and unlike other treatments at other resorts. Highly recommend this spa!
The steam room is constantly without steam because the door does not stay shut.
The front reception ladies were very rude and snooty when we first arrived. We were strongly put off by their attitude.
The heated tile seats are not that warm and very uncomfortable.

Sad to say the spa was mostly a disappointment. I opted for 2 stars, rather than 1 star, because of a few positive aspects.
