Wow!! Super nice resort. The beach crew is awesome and there is plenty of things to do at the resort. Our flight was cancelled so we 'had' to stay another night at the Grand wailea down the road and we hands down thought the Andaz was so much better!! The service was fantastic and everyone one is so friendly. We brought our 7 month old and it was perfect for him too.
The K Kitchen was a great place to dine. Andaz is much more modern and sparse than other resorts so it's personal preference. Service was awesome, drinks great, menu perfect. Loved the spot and definitely check out the downstairs lounge for live music and drinks after.
If you are looking for a 5 star place in Maui, this is it. Gorgeous inside and out with spectacular views. Top notch restaurants and hangouts. Everyone on the staff are super friendly and outgoing, ensuring that your every need is satisfied, from the valets, to the hotel staff to the boating and snorkeling guides. Also, it doesn't share a beach with any other hotels! So no excuses for not getting down to the water to enjoy the amazing sunsets!! So glad we chose the Andaz for our honeymoon!!!
The nicest hotel I've ever stayed at. Wonderful staff members that go out of their way to make it an excellent time. This year we went to the new years eve party and had an amazing time with stunning fireworks just above. Clientele skews closer to 30-45 versus other nearby resorts.
Fantastic service from front desk, concierge and valet. They are all very helpful. We have received many good food recommendations from valet as well. We also ate at Ha'ana for my husband's birthday and had a fantastic chef's meal while watching all the chefs prep and cook food for the night. I would definitely come back again!
