I don’t drink alcohol, but I was happy with the punch that they had. The food was delicious, the staff was fun and kind. The show was fantastic. I would definitely attend this luau again if I were to visit Maui again.
Very fun experience overall! I was pleasantly surprised with the food variety and quality; drinks were also good and readily available too. The performances were entertaining, and the scenic backdrop was incredible. You eat at large group tables that are randomly assigned, so thankfully we had a lively and nice group at ours. It was definitely a little pricey, but you will quickly learn that is the case for everything in Hawaii. I can't speak to how this luau stacks up against others on Maui - highly recommend it for anyone staying at the Wailea Beach Resort, though.
Location is great with ocean and sunset background to enjoy the show. Food was good but not great. Drinks were good and there were plenty of bartenders so the waits were minimal. Show was very entertaining with great music and good dancing. Majority of show is performed on a raised stage to provide good views for all. Premium seating, at a premium price, will provide seating within the first or second row of the stage and also provides earlier access to the buffet. The fire dance was held in a separate area with no raised stage so was very difficult to see. I liked it but would likely try a different luau in the future.
The dancers and the show were awesome along with the Luau. I'll highly recommend for those wanting to try this place. The experience is amazing. Don't look at the price tag, just go and enjoy the show, food and the magnificent ocean view. Worth it.
